How much does a project cost?
Most projects are quoted at a fixed price after a free scoping call, so you know the cost upfront. A quick data health check is $300, smaller fixes start around $600, a starter dashboard is from $1,500, full dashboard builds typically run $2,500–$7,000, and larger pipeline work is quoted per project.
Do you work remotely or in person?
Both. We're based in Kelowna and happy to meet local clients in person, but most delivery happens remotely so we can work efficiently across the Okanagan and beyond.
What tools do you work with?
Power BI, Tableau/Looker, Excel and Google Sheets, SQL, Python, dbt, and cloud warehouses like BigQuery and Snowflake — chosen to fit your budget and existing setup, never to lock you in.
